To update your shipping address, simply login to your account and click the Shipping Information tab. From there, click Edit to update your details. Once saved, the new address will automatically apply to all unshipped boxes, so you can rest assured your box will be sent to the right place!
To make sure your box gets to the correct address, please update your shipping information at least 48 hours before your subscription renewal date. We start processing shipments early to ensure timely deliveries, so any changes made after this window might not be reflected in your upcoming shipment.
