Of course the Studio Ghibli Museum is somewhere you must visit if you come to Japan and they have a gift shop attached, but you have to buy the tickets months in advance sometimes! The most accessible of these shops being Donguri Kyowakoku! This store literally sells nothing but Studio Ghibli goodies, and is pretty much everywhere with over 37 locations Japan wide! Their decor is also amazing and filled with endless photo ops too, so a definite must visit for Ghibli fans!
Some of the store locations have huge displays to take photos with like this life sized Totoro plushie complete with bus stop and all in their Hakata (Fukuoka) store.

In their Tokyo Sky Tree store they have this massive Catbus plushie complete with glowing eyes! How cute is that!?
Even the goods displays are beyond adorable with this Catbus plushie displaying little figures available for purchase!
