Do you like kawaii things? Lot of you may know what is kawaii, but have you known what kawaii really means? According to Wikipedia, Kawaii (かわいい, pronounced [kaɰaiꜜi]; “lovable”, “cute”, or “adorable”) is the culture of cuteness in Japan. It can refer to items, humans and even characters that are charming, vulnerable, shy, and childlike. Examples include cute handwriting, certain genres of manga, and characters like Hello Kitty and Pikachu.

The cuteness culture, or kawaii aesthetic, has became a thing in Japanese popular culture, entertainment, clothing, food, toys, personal appearance, and mannerisms. No wonder, there are many Japanese people, especially girls, that have incorporated kawaii culture to their lifestyle!

You may like kawaii things (who doesn’t like cute plushies???), especially since YumeTwins is all about kawaii items. Venus Isabelle Palermon, or known as Venus Angelic, is an internet star from Switzerland who is popular on social media for her kawainess. She likes to dress with lolita style and has a stunningly kawaii bedroom!

Kami is a super kawaii girl from the Philippines. She loves cute things, anime, art, make-up, fashion, DIY’s  and cosplaying. She lives in a kawaii and pinkish house. We have watched her room tour (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZ2RGO0jMAM) and really like how she decorated it!

Alexa is an American model that likes to make videos featuring makeup tutorials, cosplay transformations, and fashion look books! Aside from her daily kawaii fashion, we are mesmerized by how beautiful her house is!
